Cosmo Hotel Torri

Very good hotel. Brilliant breakfast. Comfortable large beds and very good shower pressure and baths. Nice Sauna/steam room area (for yourself or others, book at reception). Close to Milan and motorway. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. Close to restaurants/bars/shopping in Torri bianche.

Positive: Free fitness, good treadmill. Free Sauna just ask to swith on to heat up. Room has good amount of space. It's like a fortress safety door, electric blinds. Underground parking (need to get keycard from reception to get out every time) Housekeeping perfect. Spacious kitchen space if you want to cook. Shopping centre is near with supermarket. Note Room for improvement: Chair legs should have some cushioning on legs, so it doesn't make noise when moving those on tiles. Music from outside at night. Need to get tired to sleep well haha. Static shock from sink no earth cable. Noisy fridge is the middle of the room so can hear it at night. My colleague has a different room and it's better layout no issue. No light inside fridge. Small glass size. ! Place could use a maintenance: bed is loose a lot, main door handle comes off. Shower is quite small.

The hotel is situated in a complex that conveniently has bars and restaurants. Plenty of parking including a large underground car park. Although there is no lift to the underground car park. The hotel is nice, I loved the elevator! But you see in places that it's a little dated and things are a little worn, the soap holder in my bathroom was loose, but in other areas it's very arty, upmarket and cool. The breakfast is good, although it starts at 7am, I got there 10 minutes early and the guy was almost confused and put out when I asked just to sit and wait, maybe with a coffee, now I stay at a lot of hotels, and yeah they have a breakfast from 6am or 6.30am say, but most don't mind if you are a few minutes early, it's just that the food might not be completely layed it, but normally the coffee machine is ready! You only get one thin pillow, it's not enough. The Bar was never open when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, albeit later I thought the hotel bar might still be open at 11pm on a Friday night? The hotel is about 20 minutes from Monza. The view from my room was nice though, and the window opened right up.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Air conditioning not as cool as I would like. Room was lovely. Only one pillow. Ask for more if you want them. Restaurant in hotel is a little pricey but does offer a variation to food available in the surrounding area. Plenty of places to eat in the area. All within 4 mins walk. Including a small shopping centre with food hall and large supermarket. Milan is fairly easy to get to. There is a bus service. Bus stop across the road from shopping centre. Easier to catch the z323 takes you to cologne nord. Bus terminates here. Then catch metro into Milan. There are ticket machines offering a variety of tickets. If you have purchased a milano pass, this line (green) will take you straight to the collection point. This is outside the station.

It's just a good hotel. Hard to say anything special, hard to complain about anything. Room was cleaned every day. Wifi is good.Service was nice and helpful. You can eat nice meal in hotel's restaurant. It tastes really good. I don't understand bath instead of shower in bathroom, but this is just a detail. I can recommend without any doubts. Fitness room could be bigger and better equipped.
